Discount coupon creation

To Create a Discount Coupon for following steps:

• Navigate to the "Discount" option in the side bar, which will direct you to the respective page.

• At the top right corner, you'll find two options: "Add Coupon" and "Assign Coupon to Ticket." Begin by selecting "Add Coupon" to initiate coupon creation.

• Click on "Add Discount" which will direct you to the creation page.

• If you check the box labeled "Allow numbers in coupon," the generated coupon code will include numbers.

• Alternatively, you can choose "Generate Random Code" to create a random code

• Specify the minimum order amount to control coupon usage based on the customer's purchase value and set the coupon usage limit.

• Set the coupon validity by entering the start and end dates.

• By checking the box labeled "Coupon Once Per Customer," you ensure that the coupon can only be used once by each customer, not multiple times.

• Once all details are filled out, click on "Add" to save and create the coupon.

  After creating the coupon, proceed to assign it to the event.

• The created coupons will be listed here. Utilize the available actions to update discount codes or delete entries as needed.

• To assign the coupon to a specific event, select "Assign Discount to Event."

• A popup will appear.

• Choose the coupon code from the dropdown menu.

• Next, select the event to which you wish to assign the coupon.

• Then, specify the ticket type(s) of the event. You can select multiple ticket types, ensuring that the coupon is only enabled for those selected types. This ensures that customers only receive discounts for the designated ticket types.

• Click on "Create" to save the data.
