Ticket type creation

To Create the Ticket type for the following Steps:

• Select "Ticket type" tab will go to the above mentioned page.

• Select "Add new ticket" to create the ticket types. The created ticket type will be listed in this screen.

• It will navigate to this page for creating a ticket type.

• Fill all required fields for crearte a ticket and then click "Add".
